Chocolate Nuts Bar

Chocolate Nuts Bar

This chocolate nuts bar is my favorite little indulgence! Roasted pistachios, almonds, and cashews are coated in rich, silky dark chocolate, creating the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness. The pistachios add a pop of color, the almonds bring a satisfying crunch, and the cashews? They make it extra buttery and delicious. It’s so easy to make but feels like a fancy treat. Break it into pieces and enjoy it with coffee, wrap it up as a homemade gift, or keep them handy for quick snacks. Trust me, they disappear fast and make the perfect pick-me-up anytime!

Ingredients

Chocolate Nuts Bar

  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2/3 cup seeds mix
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 cup dark chocolate

Preparation Steps

Hey there, chef! Let's make some magic with this recipe. For the best results, try to stick to the steps and ingredients list like glue. Think of it like a science experiment – weird substitutions might make things go *boom* (and not in the tasty way). 😉

Chocolate Nuts Bar

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer the mixture to a silicone Granola Bar mold. Gently press it down with a spoon. You can cover it with foil to prevent the nuts from browning too much, but it's not necessary. Bake for 20 minutes.

  3. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Once fully cooled, take the bars out of the mold.

  4. Melt dark chocolate (or any kind you like) and dip each bar halfway into the chocolate. Place them on parchment paper and let the chocolate set.

Recipe Notes

For the seed mix, I use Yupik Organic Super 6 Seeds Mix. It’s a great combination of nutritious seeds that adds crunch and flavor to the bars, making them even more delicious and wholesome!
